Cambodia Siem Reap Pub Street

Pub street is without doubt the most happening street in Siem Reap. As the name suggest, this is the street to get your booze and to party! In the afternoon, the street is relatively quiet (Left) but at night it springs to life.
Some of the restaurants name in Pub Street are really suggestive for instance Karma Sutra (1st bottom) while others are just plain silly like Angkor What?
We had dinner at one of the restaurant in Pub Street called Le Tigere de Papier or Paper Tiger. Like most restaurants here, this restaurant has two levels so we sat in the 1st floor. One of the favourite Cambodian cuisine is amok style cooking. This can be seen in the menu of the Paper Tiger Restaurant (1st bottom). I ordered the amok au poulet avec riz or amok chicken with rice which is a safe choice. There is also a choice for amok degustation with rice which we refused to order because we just do not know what is in the ingredients. Some of the bigger restaurants even offers cultural dancing if that is your liking. In fact, just right across our view is Temple restaurant which is having apsara dance performance (2nd bottom).
My night ended with the must-have Angkor Beer (Bottom) which is a good way to end the night.
